He has also worked in influential corporations such as Microsoft or Kodak, and with various consultancies specializing in design and innovation. In addition, Stiven has developed dozens of consumer products and services for global markets. Its portfolio of projects varies from hardware product design, software applications, to social or open innovation platforms. The commitment of Stiven and, above all, its methodologies show the change of role of the designer and the educational and cultural challenge faced by an increasingly technological and competitive society. “My default setting is optimism. My purpose is to empower a positive impact across the intersections of people-planet, technology, and business. I enjoy synthesizing complexity into simple and meaningful solutions”, he says.

Stiven will give a talk, next November 23, in the Professional Day of Maker Faire Galicia, in which he will talk about the importance of Design Thinking, innovation based on design, and evolution towards a transmedia society.
