Maker Faire Galicia Programme 2018
The programme of the Maker Faire Galicia 2018 is undoubtedly one of the most complete of all the editions. It has more than 25 workshops for all ages, integrated events such as Galstech or NOSOS or more than 20 talks provided during the two days of the event in the different spaces of the venue.
The inscriptions of the workshops will be made during the fair itself, in the room where they are going to take place. They start at 10 o’clock in the morning. Attendance of the talks will be without prior registration, until full capacity is reached, except in the case of NOSOS, as indicated in the program.
All the workshops and talks of the official program are totally free price for children under 14 and adults over 65 years old. In the rest of the cases the cost of the entrance to the fair will be € 5, being the ticket valid for the two days and including all the aforementioned activities.
Some indications:
– For the workshops of Plexus, Echidna Shield, Google Assistant and IOT it is necessary to go with a laptop.
– If you are interested in the Google Asistant workshop, you need to have basic knowledge of programming in JavaScript / TypeScript, to have GMail / Google / G Suite account and some knowledge of Arduino.
– If you are interested in the IOT workshop it is necessary to have basic knowledge of Arduino.
